Paper Patchwork, Pockets and Pleats
A sampler’s workshop with a difference, as all the traditional embroidery techniques will be created using paper. Showing a range of techniques including Cathedral Squares, Covered Bindings, Covered Button Loops and Covered Buttons, Pleating, Patch Working and Pockets, all created from beautiful vintage papers. All materials are provided but do feel free to bring your own special papers to personalise, such as maps, book pages, old letters, vintage documents, old wall paper etc.
Suitable for all levels, with some basic sewing skills.
